xbox one wont boot past green xbox one screen

My Xbox one won't go past the green screen can anyone apply some help please I wanna play my one but I can't cause this stupid green boot up screen

I tried all three offline diagnostics, not a single one worked, not even the factory reset did.

I am having the same issue. Is it just me or does this problem seem kinda common? I just talked to a rep for a few hours and the re-installment of the firmware code didn't work at all. I didn't try factory reset since I would hate to lose all my saves, but
to note contacting a normal technical support agent won't help. Hopefully this can be quickly fixed.

Same issue here. I will sometimes get past the black screen but all i get is an error saying Home took to long to load and the option to close and go back to the black screen. . .
