Xbox One won’t allow me to add my profile or sign in.

why won’t it allow me to sign into my Fortnite account and gives me a link and a code eveytime

I've been having trouble accessing my Xbox One out of the blue for some unknown reason. It allows me to play games but it isn't allowing me to sign in to any account at all or even add accounts. Its now concerning because I removed my main account from
the Xbox and now isnt letting me re-add it and is showing me an error. Profile pictures and most of the home layout on the xbox is having trouble loading as well.

Ok I’ve done that, and it seems most people can play now, but I still can’t. On my brothers console, (a different Xbox) he can sign into my profile, and Starfield launches without the your too early message. But my console won’t allow me to. I think my console is the issue. How can I fix it?

Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. This will reset
the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up.
