    Ok so the Xbox One servers will be the same as the 360

    and each console will have a different dashboard etc

    world wide for Xbox 360. When I download stuff on my PC, it's way faster than on my Xbox 360 Slim console because Xbox 360 has only 15,000 servers world wide. Xbox One's 300,000 servers should offer more fluid connection even for those of us on ADSL2 broadband

    no, GTA 5 does not support cross-platform play between xbox 360 and xbox 1

    you both need to be on the same platform

    Maybe if the xbox one servers were as good as the 360 servers. it always seems to screw the people on xbox one more than the 360. i thought the one was supposed to be next gen? maybe it is, but the server blows

    No, the servers are completely different for a start.

    Xbox One uses part of Microsofts Azure servers called "thunderhead" reserved for the Xbox One.

    360 uses another set of servers.

    it'll just have different display features depending on what you are using.

    just like a server uses browser-sniffing features to display a webpage for different browsers like IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or a Mobile device.. the Xbox One server (hosted on a Separately different set-up than the Xbox 360 ones) will display Xbox One
    information and connect to that server, and Xbox 360 will display information from that.

    I think it'll automatically create a profile for everyone that uses Xbox now, and it'll just be a Xbox One variant, whether you have one or not.

    When you jump on the 360 it'll sign you into the 360 servers, and you'll have your 360 profile. (you don't lose your gamerscore)
