    XBOX One with Windows 7 Laptop


    I am having Xbox one console and I want to connect the Console with Laptop rather than TV and play the games.

    Even though I connected the console to Laptop, nothing is happening and nothing shows up. Is this scenario supported? Do I need to download anything more?

    I need some help connecting to xbox live using mobile broadband via a laptop running windows 8.

    The ethernet port on my old laptop, running windows 7 died, so I have got a new laptop but it is running windows 8 and for some reason it will now not connect to xbox live. Never had a problem with either windows 7 or vista. Just need someone who knows windows
    8 to give me some help. Thanks

    How can I connect to xbox live just with a laptop?

    I keep getting network errors and i tried the xbox solutions. I connect my laptop to my xbox directly. Im using wifi. My laptop is a Notebook Aspire One windows 7.

    Hey there.

    Your laptop would need to have an HDMI-in port rather than an HDMI-out port. Unfortunately most laptops on the market don't include an HDMI-in. If you have Windows 10 and your laptop has the supporting hardware you can stream your Xbox One through your home

    Hi, no it's not possible, as most laptops have a hdmi out connection, not an hdmi in connection. The only way you can use a laptop as a monitor is to use Windows 10 Xbox app and stream the xbox one to Windows 10 via that method. As you say you have Windows
    7, so you cannot do it anyway.
