Xbox One with very limited functions available

Greetings.

My Xbox One has been acting very strict lately for the last weeks or so. I have just performed a fabrication reset and started installing games on the internal HDD. However, when I try to install any more games now, on both the internal and external HDD,
the installation stops and the Xbox goes into a mode where nothing works, not even installed games and apps.

I tried to remove the installtions that just stopped but won't go away, and also go to settings and want to manage leftover add-ons. It says that the app need to be find in the store, so I follow the option which comes with the notification and it finds
nothing. It seems some kind of app is missing and it can't be found in the store. I also tried to change the default installation drive from external to internal and now the Xbox shows the loading wheel in order to turn the internal drive to default installation
drive. I have 1.8TB free space on the external and 330GB free space on the internal and now that I do not try to install anything, I know that none of the drives are full.

I have tried to do a hard reset by pluging out the power adapter (from the WALL), switched usb port for the external, and as mentioned at the start of this post, a complete reset of the Xbox One. No luck to get my Xbox to function properly.

So what do you think? Have my Xbox One turned permanently drunk? Is there an option I have not yet tried and will magically fix this condition?

Xbox 360 games DLC one Xbox One?

Is the DLC for Xbox 360 games available through the Xbox One backwards compatibility function and, if so, will we have to repurchase it? For example, I have an original Fable II Limited Edition, got it day of release, I've purchased, downloaded and played
all of the DLC available for it. Will I still have access to it or will I have to repurchase it or is it not even available on the Xbox One?

The Xbox one is not being released in Turkey at launch.The price is 499.99 euro's/£449.99 if you wanted to import one but the live features probably wont be available or very limited in your country if you did.

 

Hi! It sound like you will need a bigger hard drive to install all of the content. You've probably reached the max limit and will need a bigger drive if you have a lot of content to install

 

As mentioned above, my two HDDs consist of 1,8TB and 330GB of free space. I doubt the max limit is reached when I try to install one single game at 30GB with no queue so that the reserved space on either one of the drives is just 30GB of the free space.

 

Hey there Raverud,

We need some more details I think, what games and apps are you trying to install that has this issue? If you remove the external storage device are you able to download or install a digital game or app? What about disc based games?
