    Well on that note, since your here.- if they do have Live and saved their games on the Cloud, I understand that is a viable option right?

    In that case, would they need to download their account to the console or something? And what about a limit as to how many accounts can be on a console?

    On the Xbox One, you do not need an Xbox Live Gold subscription to use the Cloud. You just need to be connected to the internet. Any profile connected to the internet will use the Cloud service.

    More information here    . There is no confirmed number of max profiles on one console.

    You could delete the localized data, but it would be pretty pointless seeing as the save files are typically less than 50MBs. Wouldn't amount to much.

    Yeah but with a college full of students and a hard drive full of games, it might be.

    Data transfer from old XB1 to a new XB1

    You should be able to transfer games via a compatible USB drive.

    Old Xbox One > USB drive. USB drive > New Xbox One

    You could delete the localized data, but it would be pretty pointless seeing as the save files are typically less than 50MBs. Wouldn't amount to much.

    In order to save game files, games, etc on flash drives, they will need to be 256GB or larger with a USB 3.0 as mentioned previously.
