Xbox One with Fifa 15 £50 offer

Hello,

I brought the Fifa 15 bundle with Xbox One due to offer of £50 reward if I signed into it by 10th October, which I signed in and downloaded Fifa by 8th October.

My friend also brought one at the exact same time, who received his £50 2 days ago. I thought I would give it a couple of days before enquiring as I know you guys work on pacific time and you might just have a backlog. Was just hoping could shed some light
on when I will receive the code for £50, or will I need to wait a little longer (tomorrow is sunset overdrive btw, so if I could get it before release so I can get day one gear that will be very much appreciated).

When going to sales and specials (Sales and Specials | Xbox Live) Fifa 15 is being sold for 50% off. When clicking
"save on fifa 15 for xbox one" (FIFA 15 DELUXE EDITION kaufen – Microsoft Store de-DE)
it gives me a page not found message. The link for fifa 15 xbox 360 does work.

 

Hey there, Heptarchy! I'm sorry to see that you didn't receive your promotional code! Just to clarify, did you receive a message on your Xbox 360 console saying that you would be receiving this promotion?

 

It came up on the centre tile of the dashboard and when clicked on it went to t&c's which gave xbox website for more info. Starting to wish that i took a photo as cannot see any info on web about it.

 

Exactly the same here. Both mine and my brothers bundles were bought at the same time. He received the code yesterday and I haven't - despite them being bought and registered/activated within minutes of each other within the allotted timeframe.

Yeah, set it all up and logged in my live account (only account on my one) on 7th October. Did all same steps my friend did.
