Xbox one with A LOT of issues

I got my Xbox One for christmas and the issues have grown. First my xbox one freezes for 10-20 seconds and then when it unfreezes it activates all the buttons I pressed on my controller. It does not play dvd or blue ray discs anymore. It does not read my
games sometimes and I have to keep putting it in until it works. It closes my games and brings me to the dashboard randomly sometimes. I can not record games(it just gives me an error and says we could not record that). My kinect broke somehow. I can't see
anything wrong with it really. It can't play the Twitch app no matter what I do. Not sure about the other apps though(since I usually use my computer for youtube etc)

yes it has a lot of space. beeping always starts after 5 10 minutes. When I start my xbox, I go play a game and it lags already

Hi, is the consoles power supply connected to a power surge protector at all, if so try connecting the power supply directly to the mains outlet bypassing the surge protector.

Also is the power supply in a well ventilated area, not resting on a carpet or other type of soft furnishing.

 

Have you tried a hard reset of the console and resetting to factory defaults?

Press and hold the power button on front of the console until it powers off. Then leave it until the power supply unit light turns Orange and then unplug the console.

Leave it for a few minutes then plug it all back in, does it resolve the issues?

If not try a restore factory settings option -
support.xbox.com/.../reset-console-to-factory-defaults

If that also doesn't resolve your issue, contact Xbox Support for repairs:

Go to ww.xbox.com

Select Support>Xbox One

Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us

Select Xbox One

Under System, select Console Issues

Select "Chat with Microsoft Support"

They should be able to set you up with more troubleshooting steps and if all else fails, set up a repair for your console.

 

I have tried both of those options.
