    Xbox One Wirelles controller reclamation(Administrators needed!)


    Hello,we sent our 2 Xbox one controller for reclamation to Teleplan Prague(adress: European Repair Centre Teleplan Prague s.r.o., Na Dlouhém 82, 251 01 Říčany-Jažlovice, Czech Republic) . It has been more then a month and still nobody responded, neither
    sent us our controllers back.

    When we try to contact that company nobody responds on phone call, email does not exists anymore.

    Our 2 controllers are still somewhere there. Do any of you have any contact right onto this company on this adress?

    We would be glad for any help.

    Number of order of reclamation does not exist but I have sent controller (inspector) for state about number of reclamation 1418955093

    Xbox One s problem connecting to Wireless Controller after last update

    I tried everything already in that guide.

    My Xbox One S controller is running firmware 3.1.1215.0.

    I can't tell if is it the controller or is it the Xbox One S.

    My feeling says it is cause by the Xbox One S update of last weekend, cause it was working before.

    And also, i did a hard reset and like i wrote before the controller was working wireless, till during the setup it did an update and a restart. After this i could not connect the controller wirelles anymore.

    and on the 2 original wireles controllers not
