    Xbox One Wireless issues

Hello I'm writing this post because lately, about the past week or two, only when playing Xbox, I get extreme lag. So bad I can't play the game. At first I thought maybe it was my ISP or router or something so I did multiple speed tests on my wired
computer, they were fine. I unplugged the router and waited and did that whole 9 at least 20 times the last week and that doesn't seem to help. Even on my wireless computer that's in the same room as my Xbox, speed test runs more than fast enough (I've attach
a picture of the test). I thought maybe I'll try again next week, and I did but that was last week. It's still an issue for me so there is clearly an error and I'm pinpointing it to my Xbox. I looked at the setting on my router and it shows the connection
to all of the devices connected, and my Xbox is by far and away the worst (also attached an image). I've done a hard reset of the Xbox multiple times. When running a detailed network statistics on the Xbox one it comes back with 300ms latency, 1.35 Mbps
DL, 0.33 Mbps upload, and 1% packet loss w/ 87% signal strength. We all know 300 ms latency is absolutely unacceptable. Does anybody have any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!!

    :)

    Xbox one wireless issues

I know the One has some problems using a wireless connection. I have had problems with limited connectivity as well as a complete inability to connect at all. I'm sure that these issues are being addressed and will hopefully be fixed with a patch soon. But
my biggest problem is that the One cannot seem to save/remember my wireless password. When I have connection issues I just plug an ethernet cable in, but everytime I do this the next time I try to use the wireless it makes me set it up again ie manually put
the password in, which is compounded by the fact that 9/10 it won't accept the password and I have to put it in over and over again until it finally decides to take it. Am I doing something wrong or does the One just not save this information?

Help getting Windows 10 xbox app to see Xbox One

I had a similar issue with this. My fix was changing the name of my xbox one and refreshing the app to see the new name.
Also had to make sure the wireless display app was installed in the xbox one.

If at all possible you will want to hard wire your xbox.

1.35mbps DL and 0.33mbps UP is unacceptable as well. You will have a very unpleasant time while playing multiplayer matches.

Hard wire and let us know what the outcome is for further assistance.
