Xbox One wireless issue

Discus and support Xbox One wireless issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; For the last couple of days my xbox has been dropping wifi every 40 minutes or so while I am using something like netflix, GTA Online, COD multiplayer....     Xbox One wireless issue


    For the last couple of days my xbox has been dropping wifi every 40 minutes or so while I am using something like netflix, GTA Online, COD multiplayer. basicly anything that requires a WIFI connection the only time it has not dropped in that 40 minute
    window is when it has been left on the home screen to see if the wifi would drop again, does anyone know what is causing this issue.

    I'm having the same problem,,will not let me connect internet works fine and if I plug in ethernet cable it works but refuses to connect to wireless????????

    what is the brand and model of your modem and router ? some models don't work well with xbox one and act exactly like your are describing.....

    If at all possible you will want to hard wire your xbox.

    1.35mbps DL and 0.33mbps UP is unacceptable as well. You will have a very unpleasant time while playing multiplayer matches.

    Hard wire and let us know what the outcome is for further assistance.
