    Xbox one wireless hardware problem


    I have been trying to watch YouTube because my internet has been dropping out on my xbox I check my phone it's fine I try and find a video and it says clear mac or power cycle when that's not a thing from how much they change the settings its been happening
    for a year maybe more but now the internet disconnects and it kicks me out I can't play minecarft offline because it kicks me out of my account so now I play gta5 and any time the internet drops out theres a massive frame lagg a good 3 full seconds frozen
    and I also try and look at my clips offline but u can't u have to look at them online so I was playing YouTube because it disconect and connect while watching it can work with 240res but now there's no connection at all none so I'm about to smash my xbox and
    buy a pc where a get a problem but I can fix it not look at people that have the same problem 4 years ago and the help/responded is locked so fix the problem and message me back when you and a setting that checks your xbox for problems and not send you to
    Microsoft help and say connect to internet!

    Hey there Nocturnal Nvy!

    Sorry to hear about the wireless issue! Let's start by power cycling your console after you reset your wireless card settings. Follow the steps below:

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the unit is fully powered off.
    • Unplug the power supply from the back of the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug the power back in and power on.
    Post back and let us know if it boots up fine after power cycling. :)

    I've also been having this issue for the passed couple of weeks. I did what you suggested and everything booted up fine. We'll see if it works tomorrow.

    Well, if your Xbox One displays "There's a hardware problem", than officially the only thing Microsoft can recommend is that you send your
    Xbox in for "Device repair". However, there are a couple more things you can try. First, if you haven't already done so, do "How
    to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One    " . But, then again, this will most likely fail to completely set up the Xbox because it can't connect to the internet. So, the last thing you can try is the some what involved OSU1, short for Offline
    System Update. Just go to the webpage “I need help with system updates on my Xbox One” and click on "I NEED TO UPDATE MY CONSOLE OFFLINE" to follow the step-by-step
    guide. Also, Xbox Ambassador Scrtch has a very good YouTube video on how to do an OUS1 at Scratch Plays. Just search for "Fix Xbox Stuck on Green Loading Screen". However, after doing all this your Xbox may still have some kind of hardware problem and may
    still need to be sent in for repairs.
