  1. Xbox One Wireless Hardware Problem

So every time I turn on my Xbox One it cannot detect my wifi. I follow the dialouge which takes me to the wireless settings. Then I click on test my network connection and once I do that it pops up with a message saying " You need to reset your consoles
wireless card as there may be a defect with the wireless hardware" that's not the exact words but that's pretty much what it says, but the thing that confuses me is after I reset the wireless hardware in the console it says "every thing is good!" And from
there everything acts normal and I can get on Xbox Live and go on with my day.

Why does it need to be reset every time I turn on My console and why does it work perfecly fine after I reset it? Is this something that needs a repair or could it be a bug because it only started about a month ago.

    :)

    TaxableGem11133,

Well, if your Xbox One displays "There's a hardware problem", than officially the only thing Microsoft can recommend is that you send your
Xbox in for "Device repair". However, there are a couple more things you can try. First, if you haven't already done so, do "How
to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One
" . But, then again, this will most likely fail to completely set up the Xbox because it can't connect to the internet. So, the last thing you can try is the some what involved OSU1, short for Offline
System Update. Just go to the webpage “I need help with system updates on my Xbox One” and click on "I NEED TO UPDATE MY CONSOLE OFFLINE" to follow the step-by-step
guide. Also, Xbox Ambassador Scrtch has a very good YouTube video on how to do an OUS1 at Scratch Plays. Just search for "Fix Xbox Stuck on Green Loading Screen". However, after doing all this your Xbox may still have some kind of hardware problem and may
still need to be sent in for repairs.

    Hello FrajozZ,

First, your English is much, much better than my Portuguese. But, I regret to say that if you are receiving the error message "There's a hardware
    problem
", then there is a major problem with your Xbox One. Even if you can get your other wireless (WiFi) equipment working properly, these is still no guarantee that your will be able to connect your Xbox to the internet again. So, ultimately you may
still need to send your Xbox in for "Device repair" . I recommend checking your "Xbox
    warranty information
" before you make the decision to send it in for any repairs.

I understand that this may not be what you wanted to hear, but I wish you better Ordem e Progresso to come.
