    Xbox One Wireless Controllers Disconnecting


    For a year at least now I've only been able to use my two wireless controllers if they were plugged in with a USB cable. I tried the troubleshooting on the support website many times, and never does it fix the issues. Keep in mind this is happening with
    both controllers and both controllers had the same issue start at the same time. I recently purchased another wireless controller to see if it is just the controllers or if it is the console. This new controller has the exact same issue. I have replaced batteries
    and charge packs for all of them, and the same thing keeps happening. I've done a full reboot of my console so many times since this started happening, and nothing has ever changed.

    Xbox One controller broken by Windows Anniversary Update

    I am also having serious issues with my Xbox One controllers and wireless dongle after the recent Anniversary update. The controllers will only connect for a second before disconnecting. I really hope someone at Microsoft fixes this soon.
