    Ive in total owned around 7 wireless controllers, and about half of them have had this issue where after working fine they randomly decide to stop outputting audio for absolutely no reason. I literally just bought an $80 controller about 3 hours ago and
    i come home, its working fine, and then randomly decides to stop outputting audio. The mic on the headset connected to it works fine, its just the audio. So, ive spent multiple hundred dollars buying controllers that all have the exact same issue, I've been
    through 2 consoles, and countless headsets. Every single headset works with any other device, so its its the controllers that are the issue. Whether its a bug or a hardware issue, this needs to be fixed because it is complete garbage that i have to spend this
    much money and about half an hour just waiting until the audio randomly decides to start working again for absolutely no reason other than the controllers just decide to stop working for a period of time and then start working again whenever they feel like
    it. Sometimes spending like 40 minutes restarting my console over and over and over and plugging in and disconnecting the headset over and over and over works, or, you know, the controllers could just be made so they work in the first place.

    Is it possible to use the "Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10" on an XBOX One to Connect Wireless Controllers?

    You probably mean the right thing, but the Xbox One does not use Bluetooth to connect controllers wirelessly, but a Xbox specific wireless communication protocol.

    Since the console has this wireless protocol built into the special wireless module already, the Xbox One doesn't support the USB wireless connector.

    Try the
    suggestions in the Wireless Controller Troubleshooter here     to hopefully fix your wireless controller issues.

    Is this an Xbox One controller, or an Xbox 360 controller? If it's an Xbox One controller, are you connecting wirelessly to the PC via Bluetooth, or with the Xbox Wireless Adapter?
