Xbox one wireless controller thumbstick issues

Discus and support Xbox one wireless controller thumbstick issues in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Can someone, ANYONE that can possibly help situation or aid in my understanding of how its looking/what I'm more or less being told is how things are...     Xbox one wireless controller thumbstick issues


    Can someone, ANYONE that can possibly help situation or aid in my understanding of how its looking/what I'm more or less being told is how things are and I cant change only follow direction.....I have a total of 6 wireless controllers, 4 of which were
    replaced via microsoft for practically identical problems as currently experiencing on the very ones sent as replacements by microsoft I believe in beginning of April 2020, the left thubsticks while appear fine, when try using controller it early is stuck
    to right because non stop cursor or whatever right and bouncing etc...yet when input serial # on page, it says no warranty, I'm out of luck and only option is buy one from store and a link to click to jump to store page and buy new controller....so basically
    its seeming I'm being told in order for my boys and I to enjoy playing the platform offered with xbox one X, that I have to purchase new wireless controllers at $70-$100 ea every 4-6mo in order to have 4 for continuous use and 2 extra should friends come over?
    Surely something is not correct here because one would like to hold firm to reality that a company as huge and popular etc as MS Xbox etc has too much integrity to abuse customers in such manner, so someone please guide me in correct direction to correct this
    issue without requiring such exhorbant $ waste every 3-6mo buying controllers due to obviously poor design or parts chosen in manufacturing

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your elite series 2 Xbox controller. This sounds like a possible issue with the sensitivity settings of your left thumbstick. To fix this, please follow these steps:

    When troubleshooting controller functionality, it’s important to note the difference between an instance of unexpected behavior (this could include joystick drift, awkward calibration, or controls not responding as expected) and an instance of buttons on the controller not working at all.



    1. Connect your controller to your Xbox console or PC using a USB cable or the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10.

    2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories.

    3. Select the configuration you want to edit or create a new one.

    4. Select Thumbstick, then choose the left thumbstick.

    5. Adjust the sensitivity curve and the radial calculation settings until you find the optimal values for your gameplay style. You can also test your thumbstick inputs on the screen.

    6. Save your changes and exit the app.
