Xbox One Wireless Controller problem.

Hi Friends ! I'm living in Germany. My pad has also been purchased here at september last year. So, after a year of intensive use left analog stick doing problems. Sometimes in the game it freezes then works again. Another
time, I cannot move in one direction. In conclusion there is not it well, and will only get worse. I want to fix it or replace it with a new model. In the shop was told me that after one year warranty applies only Microsoft. I tried
to register my controller on this site but I don't have a console and without I can't do it (the serial number of my controller is not working.). I looked through many sites, forums and unfortunately I have not found a situation similar
to mine. So, what i have to do now ? Please help me. Thank you in advance for your answers !

Xbox One disconnecting from Internet need help

I had the same issue recently. My controller was also frequently disconnecting and then failing to reconnect. Disabling 'Instant On' has seemingly fixed my wireless problems.

 

It seems there isn't much to do in that sort of situation, I would suggest, just buying another controller, used or new. I'm sure it wont cause any more problems.
