Xbox one wireless controller keeps disconnecting whilst im playing

Same as the title says really tried all the troubleshooting tips nothings worked and my batteries are fully charged. Are microsoft actually going to do anything about this problem they know that a lot of people are having!?

Wireless controller

My wireless (BLACK) controller keeps disconnecting on me while playing games, etc.. i've trouble shooted the controller and everything, what can i do to fix this?

Wireless Controller Disconnecting

My wireless controller keeps disconnecting while playing a game. I have replaced the batteries with new duracell ones and it still happens. Does nayone have any ideas on how to fix it. Thanks JDW
