    Xbox one wireless controller issues.

    Hello again.

I made a post on the 19th of February describing an issue I have with the Xbox one controller on my Windows 10 laptop. The recommendation and conclusion of that post was that I should return it to the store for a replacement.

I did that and I got it today to finally play my games with a controller. I sat in my chair and started my game. In the game I played (Hollow Knight) I sometimes need to do some quick moves. This is normally easy to do. I have done these moves many times
on my old Xbox 360 controller. So I started doing these moves.

It goes all right the first few minutes, but not soon after that I started noticing that this new controller started to have the same issue as the other one I returned to the store. So me being totally amazed by the déj vu feeling opened up the Xbox accessories
app. Checked it for firmware updates and it had the latest version. Opened up the button tester and pressed a lot of buttons fast followed by the button that often gets issues. Not long after rapidity doing this I saw that I pressed the button down but it
didn’t show up. Only after almost 1 second did it show up.

Now I am standing in this kind of grey zone. On the one hand I can see that this could be an issue of Microsoft quality control. Because this controller can function good, but not all the time. And on the other hand is that this is just how Xbox wireless
    controllers are.

So now for my question (again). How do I fix this problem?

If the answer is “return it to the store” again. I will just contract Microsoft support because that did not work. And if Microsoft support cant help me than I’ll just ask for a refund and buy another controller from a competitor.

I hope this issue will be resolved becouse I just love the Xbox controller design.

    :)
