    Xbox one Wireless controller issue with headset


    Hi,

    When we connect the headset to the controller the headset doesn't work. I e no sound from the headset. Headset is ok, as it's working when listening to music on iPhone for example. It might be the controller which is broken. The controller works as usual
    otherwise (all buttons etc).

    Can you please support or can we return the controller and get a new one? We bought it at GameStop in Täby Centrum, Stockholm but they suggested to contact you by the chat. It was not possible to get a new one from the store.

    Can I use my Bluetooth headphones with the Xbox controller?

    Even though the newer Xbox One controllers have Bluetooth built in, there is no way to bind a Bluetooth Headset to them.

    You're currently limited to the standard wired headsets, that go to the controller, or special wireless headsets that are specifically licensed to the Xbox like for example these

    Turn off and disconnect all controllers from the Xbox 360 and disconnect the wireless headsets from the controllers.

    Connect the wireless headset to the Xbox 360 using the USB cable. Turn on the wireless headset.

    Sync the headset to quadrant 1 by pressing the "Connect" button on the on the Xbox 360. Then press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset for two seconds. Do not continue to press the "Connect" button on the wireless headset, as this will change the
    quadrant to which it is connected. If the headset now works without the controllers attached, the problem must be with one of your controllers. If the headset still does not work, then the problem is with the headset.
