Xbox one Wireless Controller Freaking out on pc window 10

Fresh from the box, Xbox one Wireless Controller, no problem installing the said controller. But several keys are stuck ON and what ever I do I cant unstuck them, and I mean its not the hardware or the buttons on the controller it self being stuck or keep
force down, they actually feel fine fresh new from the oven. I try to reinstall drivers several time and try to unplug plug said controller with both a xbox wireless adapter and a usb cord. I do not know what to do and I hope its not a faulty controller cause
that would suck since its brand new. Help!
