    Xbox One Wireless Controller broken


    Hi,

    I bought a wireless controller package for my pc 5 months ago. Suddenly the controller stopped working, the device manager says it couldn't retrieve information from the usb device. The controller itself seems to be fine, but it can't find anything to connect
    to. I tried all troubleshooting tipps but without success. The assistant on the microsoft website says the controller has to be replaced. The registration form I'm redirected to delivers an error and asks to contact microsoft support. There is no way to contact
    microsoft support other than this forum or 'message to xbox player' (roughly translated from the german page). So here's my attempt to contact, what should I do?
