Xbox one Wireless adpater

Microsoft directed me to post here. I am one of uninformed people that bought the PC Wireless Adapter for the Xbox one Controller. i was using the USB cable to connect to my PC, and once I roll back to the older drivers, it worked very nice. But My usb connection
became loose in the gamepad and would disconnect if I moved a certain way. So I bought a wireless adapter without thinking there be a probalem, and sure enough, There was. The Triggers are now on separate Axis. So my games think that the Right Trigger is always
press down since 360's triggers are both on one axis. There is no old drivers for the wireless adapter to make it on one axis, as opposed to being plugged in. I wish a driver was made so you can turn it between Legacy trigger mode and impulse trigger mode.
Surely microsoft could make that. Make alot of people lives easier for those who want to use gamepads. But until they decide to make it, has anyone figured out any other options, like a unoffical driver, or maybe a untility like x360ce?

X-Box one Elite / Wireless Adapter issues with PC

Hello,

today i get my Xbox-one elite controller it works fine with cable connected to my PC (Windows 7)

I also connected the wireless adpater and driver automatically succesfully installed.

But i cant build up a connection between the controller and the wireless adpater.

How do I connect TURTLE BEACH xo7 's to my Xbox via a optical cable ?

ive connected it via the the wireless controller with the Adpater provided but wanted to see how it would sound plugged directly into the xbox one do my question is what cables would I need to be able to do this ? I need a optical cable that one end fits
into the xbox one and the other end fits into my turtle beach x07 which is don't believe is a optical input . Can anyone help ?

there is a official driver for the xbox one controllers you need the xbox accessorie app and uninstall the xbox 360 controller driver

then just reconnect the xbox one wireless receiver it will reinstall the right driver automaticacly

So I did what you said and surprisingly it worked. been using it for while with no problems. Now it suddenly changed again and L and R triggers are now 2 seperate Axis again. very Annoying

While the Xbox is off... try plugging the Wireless Adpator into a different USB port. Then give that a shot.

For a basic barebones wireless connection you can use Bluetooth with a PC.

Mostly likely the wireless adpator in the console has stopped working thats why it has suggested a wireless adaptor.
