Xbox One wireless adapter question

Hello all, had a question about the new Xbox One wireless adapter for Windows 10. If I'm using my normal Xbox One controller and pairing with the adapter to use on my PC, do I have to re-pair it back with my Xbox One every time I want to switch from playing
something on PC to my Xbox?

Wireless adapter G vs N

Hi there! My question is: would I benefit from buying Xbox 360 wireless adapter N (black one) instead of wireless adapter G (white one)? Would I feel the difference? I mean in playing online multiplayer games (I know that N adapter is good for streaming
HD video but I use my Xbox for gaming only)?

With the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows, you’ll simply plug the Adapter into the USB 2.0 or 3.0 port of your Windows 10 PC laptop or tablet and bind the Adapter to your Wireless Controller to enable the same gaming experience you’re used to on Xbox One, including in-game chat and high-quality stereo audio.
