Xbox One Wireless Adapter didn't install properly

I bought today the Xbox One wireless adapter. I pluged it in and nothing happend. So i opend the device manager. It showed that the adapter wouldn't be installed properly. It shows, that the driver for the device isn't installed. So i lokked on the

support site of Microsoft.

I tried all solutions on point "The adapter didn't auto-install" and nothing helps. What can i also do to get the adapter to work? I also tried the adapter on my Laptop and Surface Pro2 with the same result.

I'm from Germany with a german win10 system (on every device).

I can't connect to my internet !

As a temporary solution, could you tell us if you can connect properly by turning off the wireless security (WPA/WPA2). If this didn't work, remember to turn on the wireless security again.

Plug your wireless adapter into your PC and press the button on the edge. Once you press the button, it will automatically install Xbox One controller drive. also could be the adapter giving
you issues.

I tried that and it didn't automatically install anything. The adapter isn't broken either, as it works with the xbox 360 controller. Is there a way I can manually install the correct Xbox one drivers so it can connect to the adapter?

My friend came over and he has a new Xbox.. the one with the wireless installed.. it didn't get disconnected at all, I have one of those wireless adapters with the two antennas.. I used to have the white one with only 1 antenna and never got disconnected,
but since I switched, I'm always getting disconnected and he never was disconnected.. I think Xbox is trying to make people switch to their new Xboxes by making faulty adapters..

If theXbox Wireless Adapter for Windowsstill does not install, the adapter may need to be replaced.

Because the drivers for the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows are embedded within the Windows 10 operating system, the adapter should auto-install. If it doesn't, try the following solutions:

Make sure your Windows 10 device is connected to the Internet.
Make sure your Windows 10 device is up to date by going to Windows Update on your device and checking for available updates.
Reboot your device and try again.
Ensure your USB ports are not disabled in your Device Manager.
Try another USB 2.0 or 3.0 port.
Try reinstalling the drivers in case they have partially installed. To do so, you need to uninstall the drivers. Follow these steps to complete this process:
1. Go to your Device Manager.
2. Locate Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows in the Network adapters section.
3. Click Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows to bring up the Properties window.
4. Click on the Driver tab.
5. On the Driver tab, click the Uninstall button.
6. On the confirmation window, check Delete the driver software for this device.
7. Unplug the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows and reboot your Windows 10 device. Once the device is back on, plug in the adapter.
8. If the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows still does not install, follow all of the above steps thoroughly one more time. If this doesn't work, your adapter needs to be replaced. See How to get service for
