    Xbox One Wired Headset Problems


    I've been having problems with my Xbox one wired headset every now and then but just about two weeks ago my headset stopped working completly. The mute button lights up but the volume buttons are not heard when being pressed. When I join parties my friends
    say they can hear me, however, I cannot hear them. My NAT is open and I honestly don't know what to do unless I need to buy a new headset.

    I have same issue, I have tried all the suggested fixes like re-syncing controller (which oddly makes the headset work for about 5 seconds before it cuts out again), I am not sure if it's a hardware issue of a software issue, Raspingcam11, can you tell me
    if the new headset worked (ie. implying that the original headset was faulty in the first place). Cheers

    I am having the same issue. This just gives me a reason to continue using the 360 and not purchasing games until they make my TB x-12's compatable with the One.
