Discus and support xbox one wired controller wont work and wireless won't sync in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My xbox one won't sync my wireless controller and I just bought a new wired controller and it will power the xbox but wI'll not light up or respond...     xbox one wired controller wont work and wireless won't sync


    My xbox one won't sync my wireless controller and I just bought a new wired controller and it will power the xbox but wI'll not light up or respond after that I've already hard reset it and called support but still no luck... The only thing that will work
    is I downloaded an app to use to cycle through settings. Can any one help me with these issues?

    Controller syncing

    my xbox one refuses to sync wireless controllers so I had to use the cable and used them via wired cable. Now my Xbox won't even recognize a controller that's wired, and I'm only using official xbox accessories for the Xbox one

    anyone help me my wireless headset is stuck on port 2 and wont sync to port 1

    my wireless headset wont sync to port one with my controller it just goes to port two and wont work but when i turn my controller off it goes to port one and works but wont work with my controller on anyone help me ???

    Trouble with my Xbox 360 Wireless Controller on my PC

    Hi,

    The Xbox 360 wireless controller won't work with the play and charge kit on it's own on a PC. The Controller always remains wireless, it can't be changed to a wired controller. To use a 360 wireless controller you'll need an Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver.
    Microsoft no longer make these, but it is possible to buy a third party receiver, although installing them can be troublesome.

    The Play and charge can be used with the PC, but only to charge the controller. The driver is only designed to automatically sync the controller to the Gaming receiver.

    Only the Xbox One controller can be turned into a wired controller with an Xbox One Play and Charge, or a standard USB to Micro USB cable.

    FAULTY Brand New Elite Controler

    Tried that too,I left it unplugged for over 30 minutes still wont sync wireless but works on the wire until I unplug it, then the controller goes back to a flashing home button. As i've said before,all other controllers sync fine with no issue. Its just
    the elite controller.

    I have 2 wired controllers that work great, but I don't have any wireless controllers that are already synced, and no new ones will sync. Otherwise, no the console is perfect.

    Many thanks for the clarification DannoMcK, I purchased a dedicated wired controller today and it works fine. My wireless ones still won't sync, but at least I now have a lead on what the problem is.
