    Xbox one wired controler keeps disconnecting.


    My wired Xbox control keeps disconnecting from the my Xbox and its getting very annoying. does anyone know how to fix it or is it a loose wire and unfixable for a dummy like me?

    All control pads disconnect

    hello, I have purchased an Xbox One and the control pad that came with it keeps disconnecting. Because this was frustrating I decided to buy one of the new Call of Duty Advanced Warfare control pad and this keeps disconnecting too so I am guessing the problem
    must be with the console.

    my question is : what do I do to get this problem sorted out?

    Xbox one wired controler keeps disconnecting.

    It also disconnects when I'm not even moving the controller as well. I can place it down on my bed and it will disconnect its self. its getting to the point where I can cant play anything. Please Help

    Does the same thing happen when the controller is wirelessly connected? Is this an Official Xbox One controller or a different one?

    Sorry for the late reply as it started working again, I will check out the links that you added. Also the controller is made by PowerA and it's disconnection rate gets worse and worse as time goes on. Finally it is a wired controller as I don't like to use
    wireless controllers. But I could pull my old wireless controller out if I must to check.

    Okay its stopped again now. it just does it out of no where and I don't know how or why it stops or starts. I think its due to over heating maybe but I don't see how that can be.
