Xbox One Will Turn on for 30 seconds, then Turn Off

So, when i power my Xbox One on, the light turns on for about 30 seconds, my TV does not recieve ANY signal (no green screen). Then, it will shut itself off. I have purchased replacement power bricks/cords and tried to “reset” them. It has not worked. Any
potential solutions?

Hey there

Make sure the console is in a open space and nothing on top bloking the vents. Also the console works best when pluged right into a wall socket with no extensions or surge protactors has they are own too cause power issues with the console.

If that fails and you already replaced the power brick then the issue is with the console itsself and it would need too be sent too Microsoft for service. you can set this up online here

Try turning off your xbox one and unplugging the power for 30 seconds, then plugging it back on and turning it on.

Four-Channel

First off a simple reboot of your router may fix it. Most problems are fixed by a Simple Reboot.

Turn off Xbox 360 Console

Turn off Router

Unplug for 30 seconds

After 30 Seconds Turn Router on.

have you tried turning off your xbox one and unplugging the power for 30 seconds, then plugging it back on and turning it on. Please let me know if that helped resolve the issue.

if that doesn't work then try this:

1) Hold your power button for 5 seconds

2) Leave XBox One off for 30 seconds

3) Restart and problem should be resolved

Ok, try to do Power Cycle

First turn off the Xbox by holding the xbox button on console for 30 seconds until it turn off

Second wait a few minutes to turn it on with the controller and turns on

That should solve the problem refarding the error code.
