    Hello,

    All of a sudden only one of our games works on the Xbox One. Initially we thought the disc reader was faulty as games weren't playing but then we found that Star Wars Battlefront still works but none of the other do. Does anyone have any ideas what might
    be wrong and how to fix it please?

    so the Xbox status Page says only one thing is wrong. Purchases and what not.. if that's the case why won't anything load. I can't even get on hulu. Not a single game will load all of which I've owned for a long time, popping up with " the person who owns
    this game needs to sign in" I'm the one who owns it! Literally nothing works.. why does it say all games aren't working fine if nothing is loading. Can't say it's working at all at this point can you?

    Backwards Compatibility.

    If I have a game on xbox one that is also available on xbox 360, will I be able to load the xbox 360 version of it and play that with my friends who do not own an xbox one?

    Hey StruckDragoon87! What games are you having an issue with? Are the games that are telling you, you don't own them, disc or digital? Is there another user on the console that may have purchased them? Post back and let me know!

    Yes. And it downloaded but only the COD for series x. Only one game shows in my games. The red mask season 4. And it won’t load. Takes me to store and then says I own it.

    I have done one with a usb last night which is what made my load up after not loading.

    And I forgot to say it’s only minecraft that’s not loading I did try downloading other games to see if it would work and all the other games I have tried seem to work.
