XBox One will not turn on

Try to turn xbox one on using remote, the xbox light on remote flashes. The console does nothing. If I turn xbox console on without using remote, the xbox light on console will flash one time and then it is off. We have tried every way unplugging, waiting
10 seconds, unplug from wall, unplug from xbox etc and nothing has helped.

Xbox One will not turn on

I unplugged everything, but the surge protector earlier. When I unplugged the surge protecter it worked. Not sure why, because I was getting power. It is fixed and that is all that matters. Thank you for your help.

Okay, well, that's number one - it definitely shouldn't be plugged into a power strip - you said you've unplugged it - did you also unplug from the back of the console? If not, please do that, and then, have you tried plugging into a wall outlet now, to
see what happens? It could just be that one outlet on the strip went bad from pulling too much wattage, or that the system and power brick were having to work too hard to draw enough power. I'm hoping that plugging straight into a wall will resolve the issue.

If you plug into a wall and get the same results (flashing white, or no light at all) then the next step is going to be to try a different power supply - do you have any friends or family that use Xbox One? If so, you could borrow their power supply and
try using it in place of yours. If the console powers up, then there is a problem with your power supply, and you will need to report it to Microsoft Support for service.

If you try someone else's power supply and STILL get no response, then, to me, that sounds like a problem with the console itself, and unfortunately that, too, will need to be reported for service.... :-(

No Power troubleshooting article if you haven't already. If that doesn't help, unfortunately you'll want to consider reaching out to the
Online Service Center to explore having your console repaired or replaced. I know it's not ideal, but that is definitely not normal behavior for an Xbox One.

ok i got some update:

when our elevator comes up(or down) my xbox turn on automatically! now how i can solve this problem?is stabilizer help me to solve this fu**** problem? pls someone answer me!

first i must say i am not really good at English so excuse me for my mistakes.

my console is in energy saving mode

i test my xbox temreture and it was good, i Reset my (for about four times!) power supply, i Check the status of your power supply unit,my xbox is Pluged power supply directly into a wall outlet and then i do this thing"Change the console settings so it
doesn’t turn off automatically" that is what i am dine

I'm going through the same thing. Took the console to GameStop, where they had power supply I could hook up to.

Same issue, orange light, flashes white for a second then back to orange. Console will not power on...

For me it's not the power supply...

It could be either actually, but sounds like a power brick issue honestly.If you have a friend or family member with an Xbox One, I would take my Xbox to test there. That would immediately tell you where the issue is.
