Xbox One will not take screenshots anymore

Recently (as in a couple of weeks ago), my Xbox One (original) decided to stop screenshotting anything. I have read some options on a pretty outdated post like clearing out storage space, hard resetting my xbox, changing the DVR to 1080... and nothing
has worked for me yet. Can anybody help me with this problem?

I'm really not sure why that's happening but i can't screenshot either.

I tried to screenshot in multiple games but everytime i push Y after pressing the home button nothing happens at all. I checked my broadcast settings and everything is fine. For some reason it only allows me to record.

Hi, now it works again. I unchecked and checked "enable Game DVR/upload" couple times. And rebooted xbox.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.
