Xbox one will not stay logged into live profile

We have tried everything. Reset, hold the button, disconnecting, reconnecting, and nothing seems to work for more than a few minutes at a time. We upgraded the internet last weem and it is working perfectly in the rest of the house and another newer xbox
down the hall. After checking internet connection the xbox says we have “high packet loss”. What?

try forgetting the Internet WiFi and reconnect it . See if that helps 🤔

Your profile needs to stay signed in on the console downstairs, and then child 2 (C) can log in on his account as well, and play the games. Because you made the console upstairs the home Xbox, your profile needs to stay signed in on the console downstairs so any one who logs in on their account can play the games on the downstairs console.

What you need to do, is stay logged in to xbox live on the same console that your licenses are not on, then your brother can also log in to xbox live, and play the games.

made another profile. Same behavior, IF game disc in drive profile logs in but not to xbox live IF no game disc in drive profile logs in and logs into live.
