Xbox one will not stay connected to the internet to run mandatory update

Xbox one will not stay connected to the internet to run mandatory update
I am having an issue where I can't run a mandatory update. I get an error message saying that I need to connect to the internet. I have tried hard resetting my console I have connected the console through a hard line
to the internet as well as using WIFI. What can I do? I have checked my internet speed and I still can not get it to work.
