Xbox one will not stay connected to controllers

My Xbox one continuously drops the connection to the wireless controllers. I have tried all of the following:

Changing batteries.

Resetting Console (both soft and factory)

preforming a controller update and console

power cycling the console with the controller plugged in and not.

Wirelessly syncing the controller (Note: when the button on the side of the Xbox is pressed or held it does not start to blink at all)

It has now gotten to the point where the controller has top be physically plugged in to remain connected to the Xbox One. I have been instructed to create this topic by a Microsoft support employee and request a Xbox One Live Server
reset for my console.

Hello all, I am having trouble with my 360 controllers. They can connect to my 360 perfectly fine, however, they always seem to disconnect.

Before anybody asks, YES I made sure there were fresh batteries in the controller. I even tried 3 different wireless controllers, all with fresh batteries, and they all did the same thing.

To further test this, I even used a WIRED controller, and it still disconnected. So that leaves me to assume there is something wrong with my console. I was just wondering if anybody else had this problem or if anybody knows how to fix it.

That hasnt happened to me but i have heard of it happening to others. When a wireless controller drops out the first thing to check is the batteries. Check. Next is to try a different controller. Check. Next is try a wired controller. Check. Youve gone through
all the home troubleshooting steps and are still having the issue so that means youll want to look into getting your console repaired. Its either your console or your controllers and it seems unlikely that four different controllers all have the same default...so...yeah.

If this is something you're still experiencing,
controller disconnections can occur for a variety of reasons. By the sound of things, you have already tried a good number of those steps.

Have you been able to check for wireless interference that may be affecting your Xbox One controller? More on that can be found via Solution 5 of the guide we sent you above. Have you been able to try multiple controller to see if the same issue persists?
