Xbox one will not restart

    Xbox one will not restart


    my Xbox one will not restart. After being at a 45 degree angle for 2 days. I tried hard restarting it as well as unplugging and re plugging it in. Nothing has worked and I'm woundering of it is broken internally. Please help.

    hi guys when i play a game then i switch to a app like youtube then go back to my game the screen is black i have audio and the the xbox turns itself off anyone know what might be causing this thanks

    If you get to the restart make sure its a full restart, not the power save restart.

    power cycle
    of the console. Have you done some troubleshooting on the Xbox One Controller? If not, try this article:

    Troubleshoot your Xbox One wireless controller    .

    If the problem persists, try doing a
    soft factory reset of the console,
    Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out and let us know the results.
