Xbox One will not read game or movie disks.

My problem started a couple months ago. It started not reading any game disks. I would have to put the disk in several times to finally get to work. It would read movies just fine at the time. Now it won't read either of them without having to put the disk
in dozens of times. Really kills the gaming mood. My Xbox isn't in an enclosed space and it and my disks are clean and well taken care of. Any solutions?

Blu Ray Player

Yea i have that all installed and everything, i put in Dead Rising and that worked right away, then i put in CoD and it says it couldn't read disk so i cleaned it and it work right away, but it still won't read blu ray movies. It will read DVD movies but
every time i put in a blu ray movie it says it can't read it and to put in an Xbox one disk, blu ray disk, or DVD disk.

 

Xbox One not wanting to read disks properly.

In the last month or so I have noticed a problem with my Xbox One. When I insert a disk of any type it does not read the disk. I have to eject and re insert the disk 3-5 times before it reads the disk. The system does not make any odd noises. It just
acts like it is refusing to read any disk. It will eventually read the disk but it is very frustrating. It will give an error saying that the disk is unreadable and to verify the disk correct for the system. This happens on games and movies. Any idea what
is gong on?

 

Its a launch day console if that matters.

 

I have also experienced this problem. It has infuriated me to no end and I'm ready to just call it quits and get a PS4. I refuse to download a second copy of a game I already own on disc. What's the deal Microsoft?
