XBOX One will not read any disk

I have had my xbox one almost 2 years and it has had fairly minimal usage within that time. I last used the machine to watch a bluray which called for an update but the film played fine, then 2 weeks later I purchased a new game (horizon 3) and as soon as
I insert the disk it makes a few sounds as if it is trying to read the disk and after a few minutes tells me it cannot read the disk and to ensure it is an xbox game.

It has also given 2 error codes 0x80820002 and 0x91d70000

I have tried older one games and DVD and Bluray disks and constantly have the same fault. I have tried all the recommended solutions of doing a hard power reset, I have also tried the system reset with keeping my games and none of these have worked.

is there anything else I can try as the machine is totally useless to me now.

Xbox One not wanting to read disks properly.

In the last month or so I have noticed a problem with my Xbox One. When I insert a disk of any type it does not read the disk. I have to eject and re insert the disk 3-5 times before it reads the disk. The system does not make any odd noises. It just
acts like it is refusing to read any disk. It will eventually read the disk but it is very frustrating. It will give an error saying that the disk is unreadable and to verify the disk correct for the system. This happens on games and movies. Any idea what
is gong on?

 

As I see this is an issue caused by your disc drive and I suggest you to send your console for repairs. You can file for repairs here:
