Xbox one will not read any disc right out of the box

I got my new xbox one in that I ordered. I open it and hooked it up and got to play Titanfall for a few hours being that it was a digital download. Then tried to use the disc drive and it wouldn't read any disc. This is the same day I got it. So I had
to send it in for service. it just seamed they should have offered something to the people that this has happened to. i understand things happen but it is a major inconvenience to send your system when you don't even get to play it for a day

You may want to examine the disc to see if it is a real one. See if it has the hologram Xbox logo near the ring. If not, it is a fake. There is a possibility that the box has been mislabeled. It may say PAL but someone did not put the right disc in the
box. Mistakes can happen in the factory. Additionally, the disc may be bad and it is unable to read the region code file. Is there any way you can return the game for another copy?

My x box one won't read any disc .I try x box one games,I try blu-ray ect.. keeps saying error. who do I contact someone about this?

 

Its probably a malfunction with your xbox my friend im sorry to hear that you might have to download digital versions of games.
