Xbox one will not power on

went to turn on the xbox one and the power button lights up and goes away. There is a disk in the console that will not eject, tried the manual eject with the paper clip as illustrated on the web site and it didn't work. Power supply indicator is orange
until the power button is pushed and it flashes to white and back to orange. Tried multiple outlets with no change. Wondering if the power supply could be the problem?

Any suggestions?

The same happened to me console worked and was playing games then turned it of,came back later and would not turn back on,after trying all troubleshooting still nothing,so i pushed the power sensor maybe 30 times then it turned on,now today i go to turn
it back on again nothing not working,will be trying to exchange tommorrow or be looking for a refund of my money,going back to p.c gaming.

making sure the console is off

then unplug the power

unplug Kinect sensor

then with the sensor still unplugged try plugging back in the power and booting it back up

then plug in Kinect once it's on

Also try leaving the console unplugged for a full ten minutes, leaving it off for a while might be what worked last night. These are the steps that have been advised by official support and passed on to ambassadors. See how they work for you.

Try the troubleshooting steps that MessiahBrowny has kindly given you the link for above. Make sure to connect the leads securely in place and try plugging the power leads straight into a wall socket rather than a extension lead.

Does the power supply light keep flashing or once the light turn orange does it stay lit?

If the light is keeps flashing on the power supply then this would indicate their is an issue, then will contact support to get this replaced.
