    hello everyone i was wondering if you could help yesterday my xbox one just powered off by itself and now when you press the power button it just comes on for a split second then goes off again i have tried changing the PSU unit with another official xbox
    one power unit and still have the same issue i have tried doing the offline software update and that hasnt worked either so i am at my wits end with whats wrong i saw a youtube video of someone pressing it and then catching the light while its on for that
    split second to cycle the xbox and this hasnt worked either i bought my console from a second hand retailer and i have tried registering the console with xbox support and it has not let me register it (i assume because it is still assigned to the previous
    owner) so any suggestions on what may help?

    Console shut down and wont restart.

    During game play we heard a popping noise and the Xbox One powered off and would not restart. I unplugged the power source from the back of the Xbox One and then re plugged it back in. Still would not power up. I unplugged power brick from wall and changed
    to a different power source. Still would not turn on. I notice that the power brick would have an amber light when plugged into the power source but not into the Xbox, when plugged into the xbox one the light on the power brick would fade out. I sent Xbox
    One to Microsoft for repair and now I am waiting. They received it on November 11th. I'm still waiting. I will update this post with any information I receive.

    Has anybody else experienced or heard of this problem?

    Xbox one wont Start

    My xbox one wont Start it flashes White Light on one time and nothing happens also in power brick it just flashes white light and then it turns back to yellow color. I have tried another power brick from friend and still same issue is my xbox one broken
    some how. Please help!

    Xbox One won't switch on.

    You can try to reset the power brick by disconnecting it for 10 seconds and reconnecting it.

    If you still have an amber light on the Xbox power brick, it means that the power brick has to be changed.

    In this case, you will need to approach the Xbox support to request a change of the power brick.

    I connected one end of tbe brick to the wall socket and other to the Xbox, and its still buzzing from the end thats connected to the xbox. The power brick has a solid orange light without any change when i try to power on the xbox.

    Are you sure that it's your Xbox and not a broken power brick? If you have a friend with the same power brick, try his!

    If your xbox works, you'll know that it's the power brick.
