XBOX ONE will not power on at all.

So I went to play some Gears of War when I found my console did not turn on when I held down the xbox button on my controller, the controller turned on and acted like it was connected but the console never came on. I tried touching the xbox button on the
console and nothing happened. I started looking up fixes for this issue and could not really find anyone with my exact issue. I looked at all of the support fixes that were on the xbox website and tried them all including resetting my power supplly and trying
a friends power supply. I then contacted tech support about this and all they could tell me was that it was out of warranty and I could either do a $99.99 or a $119.99 repair for my console and thats it. For that price I should just buy a new console. I love
playing Halo and Gears of War with my friends but I do not want to shell out another $300 for a console that I had just barely 2 years that took a crap on me. I have not had another console ever with that short of a lifespand, including an Xbox 360. If there
is any sort of discount I could get for this issue to purchase a new XBOX ONE S, I would be very happy. I do not mind sending in my console so I am not scamming you to get a new console for a cheaper price, I just want what I paid for, I believe these consoles
should last longer than 2 years and by them not lasting the length of time as a PS4 or any other console is a bad reflection of your company and makes me wonder if I should just give up on playing Xbox. If there is anything you guys can do for me it would
make me a happy customer and a more loyal one to know that you guys will take care of your customers when it really comes down to it. Thank you for reading this and for your feedback.

XBOX ONE WONT POWER UP AT ALL!!!!!!

i bought the xbox one console on 25th june, up until last night it has been working fine and i have finally got all of my games installed on the console, i came to it this morning before going to work and it wont power up at all, on the power brick the light
is solid orange. when i press the power button and the eject button on the console they make the normal noises but yet the xbox logo for the power will not light up or will the console turn on, i understand that with the power brick being solid orange it means
it is in energy saving mode, i had it set to instant stanrt up mode. the checks i have done at the minute are to unplug all the power cables individually and left them for 10 minutes, i came back to it and still get the same result after reconnecting the power
leads, ANY IDEAS on how to fix or is it a fatal fault?
