    Xbox one will not power cycle after update this morning


    This morning I had and update waiting to download. I started the download and my xbox shut down on its own midway. I turned on the xbox one more time and was prompted to start the download again. The same thing occurred only this time now my xbox will not
    turn on. I have been in contact with xbox support and troubleshooted. After troubleshooting the service rep "Cat" had concluded that I need my xbox serviced and it is not the psu. Where do I go from here? How do i get my xbox one fixed.

    Live TV passthrough not working with Virgin Media V+ (Samsung) STB

    After reading some posts on here i have done a hard power cycle on the xbox one and live TV is back! Lets hope it still works in the morning.

    Feb 15 update gives black screen

    after feb 2015 update the Xbox one gets black screep upon start up. Only power cycle solves issue, has anyone reported this issue.

    Xbox one will not power cycle after update this morning

    Update: I left my console unplugged for about 20 minutes and powered on my xbox. The update was still there so I proceeded with the install. After verifying the update and then restarting my console shut off again and will not power on. There is a faint
    start up sound when hitting the power button on the console. Still nothing happens. Firmware update gone bad?

    currently having the same issue i got it to update by doing it wired to my broadband and full factory reset but still having issues with it, takes me to homepage i go to do anything it dims and gets stuck there then tells me to restart

    yesterday decided to give my Xbox another try after leaving it unplugged for a couple days. Booted up normally after update pushed❤️ No sound through my headset though

    yesterday decided to give my Xbox another try after leaving it unplugged for a couple days. Booted up normally after update pushed❤️ No sound through my headset though
    Kinda makes you wonder how many people send their consoles in for unnecessary servicing.
