    Xbox One will not load anything.


    It won't load Ryse pass the parts where the companies that make it have their logo and stuff come up. The screen is just black. It will load elite sniper 3 to menu but when I hit A it just sits there saying loading data for at least 15 minutes. I gave up
    by then. It was trying to update Ryse. I tried to pause it and it wouldn't. No matter how many times I tried it would not pause it. I went offline and started my Xbox back up and it won't let me cancel the update. My only option is to restart it. Which takes
    it to queue and it waits. At this point when I try to play it still won't let me. And it's told me it's "Ready to Play" but it obviously isn't. I was just going to uninstall all of it but it won't let me do that! I hit the button and it does nothing! I try
    to go to manage game to delete what was installed and it can't bring up what is saved. I go to the hard drive and it can't show me anything that has been saved! Which makes me think the hard drive is all messed up but my Xbox isn't even a week old. It was
    working 3 hours ago and now nothing I'd working. I'm starting to regret picking the Xbox One. My only hope left is some good support. Oh, and no error codes yet. Yet.

    Hello Nathan,

    If you are using an external hard drive, disconnect it and then power up the console. See if this allows the console to boot properly.

    Then power cycle the console (press power button for 10 seconds, unplug it from the wall for a few minutes, then power it on) and reconnect the hard drive.

    Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem starting up your Xbox. I know you said that you tried a hard reset but if you wouldn't mind I'd like for you to try it this way: press and hold the power button on the console until it turns off, leave it off
    for 30s and then turn it back on. I especially want you to leave it off for 30 seconds and then when you turn it back on let us know what happens okay?

    I will also put a link here for following the steps if your Xbox One isn't powering on because this includes checking the power supply unit and some other ways of plugging the console that may help:

    Hi, before someone jumps in and tells you to create your own thread give this a try.

    Power the Xbox off, then press and hold the bind button and disc eject button on the Xbox, keep those two buttons held and press the power button on the Xbox once only. Shortly you should get a troubleshooting screen open up, you can then let go of those
    two buttons.

    From the troubleshooter select the reset console option and the option to keep games & apps.

    Be sure you know your account login details as you will need to add your account back to the Xbox after the reset. Your games and apps will not be removed, game save data will be removed only from the Xbox and will sync back from cloud the next time you
    launch a game.

    Try the solution below, please.

    Go to your console settings>general tab>network and internet settings>advanced settings>alternative mac address>click clear. After that restart your console and see if the problem persists.

    I’m sorry to hear about any issues you may be having.
    It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing it from the console.

    1. Turn off console

    2. Hold down the bind/synch button and the Power button
    at the same time

    3. Trouble shoot screen appears on screen- select
    reset

    4. reset console (Keep games and apps) or full reset.
