    Hello,

    My Xbox One is not loading any games. This morning I loaded up Fortnite, played for a little bit then left my device on to do some things around the house. I came back around 30 minutes later and the xbox was at the home screen. I then tried to load Fortnite
    again and was unsuccessful. I then tried rocket league and the same thing happened. Loading screen, black screen, back to the home screen. I tried Banjo-Kazooie and again the same results. I then tried Lego Jurassic Park which I have on disc, and still the
    same issue. I looked at the forums and tried creating a new profile to see if it was related to that. Same issue. I then deleted and reinstalled the games, same results. I did a factory reset while keeping the apps and games with the same results, and finally
    did a factory reset and deleted all the games and apps. After it came back up I again was having the same issue. I just got off the phone with Xbox support and they told me that basically my Xbox is fried. His suggestion was to go to GameStop and ask them
    if they knew of anyone who worked on Xbox One's and ask them to diagnose it for me.

    Has anyone seen this? The way the support user spoke was that the xbox is corrupted because of updates sent out by Microsoft and the game developers. He told me that it was an issue with the hardware and that it was too old. I then asked why every other
    Xbox One wasn't also dying and not working and he then talked about something else. I'm a little frustrated right now but any support would be helpful. I don't really know what I was expecting. I know they just won't give me an Xbox One for free to replace
    it, but just kind of sucks that I was playing this morning and now it's basically a roku. It will load Netflix and Disney+ but currently that's it.

    Launching games kicks me back to home screen problem.

    I have the same problem:

    DR3 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck at "Loading"

    AC4 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck loading the save game

    KI- crashes to home

    COD- Goes into a loop going back to the splash screen after showing the menu for a second or two

    These are all digital download games. I'm on my 2nd replacement xbox and support hasn't been able to help me at all.

    Am I the only one not able to launch NBA 2k14 or Titanfall?

    The titanfall splash screen sounds like the issue ive been having. If you put the game in and the splash screen loads and it goes to a black screen and stays there. Go to setting and go to network on mine ive noticed that there is no Nat setting showing
    of any description just the wired connection that goes staright to the purchase and usage problem that has been going on for a while now. I did a hard reset and then checked the network settings and the Nat is showing and open as it should be under the wired
    connection. I can then put titanfall in and it will load as normal. Im having to do this every morning at the moment as its like the console forgets the setting. I hope they resolve this issue they are having with live at the moment as im thinking that they
    are trying to sort it out but causing more problems to.

    I'm getting the same issue. I used to be able to play game on original Xbox One. I just got the Xbox One X and the game just gives me a blank black screen after loading game title splash screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Were you able
    to fix your issue? Any suggestions would be helpful.
