Xbox One Will Not Let me : Switch Accounts, Open YouTube, Microsoft Edge, Any Of My Games / ...

Heyhey, just having a mini panic attack since about like five pm last night ( bf was on his profile watching youtube videos before I tried switching profiles to my own and the problems started ) when my xbox one started acting very sketchy and Ive looked
everything I could online ( tried closing all apps and games first then - holding the power button down for a full shut down and - i went and made sure my xbox was up to date on updates - i even left it alone last night all night just hoping when i would work
itself out - it didnt )

I have been trying to actively work and fix my xbox for probably about five hours total now and I have looked in every link I could trying to find someone with a similar problem and alas a solution but through all I have done and tried ***my xbox still wont
let me switch to my account *** open apps *** play any games *** i keep getting the message says that "Please try again : for some reason ______ has taken too long to start." and then a bunch of numbers (0x8027025a)

im freaking out someone please send help please please please

evertime i open youtube it asks me if i own that game

my girlfriend was on my xbox and all of a sudden my avtar was gone. completely . had to create a new one and now I cant open any apps like youtube, comedy central.etc.. any of them. when I click on youtube it asks me if I own that game? its not a game
so don't know why its asking that. it does not allow me to open it up

Logged into my profile but nothing apart from my games is loading.

Greetings all I am logged into my Xbox one and though it will let me play my games I cannot join online play nor open any apps like YouTube or Now TV. YouTube keeps telling me to sign in with my live account and Now TV tells me check my connection. I was
wondering what to do in this situation as I have turned the Xbox on and off at least 5 times now.

"Black Screen Of Death " ? I turned around and the screen was black but when the home button is pressed - the dashboard still comes up . Very slow responses . Still will not let me do anything SOSOSOS PLZ SEND HELP WHAT IS HAPPENING

How i know is temporarily suspension ? i can use YouTube or Microsoft edg in my accounts who still in my console but xbox live friends list or any communication blocked, my gt in xbox ICROTUS MAXx this one of my accounts

Personally I use google chrome to watch youtube, or the app on my phone, I simply don't bother with the app on Xbox, or edge on Xbox, I actually don't use my Xbox for anything other than games, and spotify in the background now, oh and a few rewards apps
like microsoft rewards and Forza Hub.

My advice is to just not use Microsoft Edge or the youtube app on Xbox and find another way to watch youtube if it is causing you such a headache.

Usually for me the most quicker way is open one drive page on Microsoft Edge, then sign in my account and open the picture that I want to use on another tab and save it (or set it as background if needed)
