Xbox one will not let me add my account back

Hi,

I had issues logging in to my account (Xbox one), so I deleted it from the console (after several attempts to reset, hard reset and powering down).

The problem persisted, but now the system won’t give me the option to enter my login details. When clicking “add new”, the system shows five secs of the circle, then blanks out then a different circle, then just pops back to the Home Screen.

Did several resets to factory settings, in all manner of setting variations- the problem persists.

Yeah, this solved my issue. It gave me an option to reset without losing my data. Thank you both.

Hello,

First try a reset, by pressing and holding the Xbox button on the front of the console, once the console has completely powered down, unplug the power cord and wait a few moments before turning it back on.

If that did not solve the problem, make sure that your console is connected to the internet, and check for updates. Sometimes its possible for a console to misbehave when an update is due.

Make sure your console is connected to the Internet, then double-tap the Xbox  button to open the guide and choose Settings  > All
settings.
Select System > Console info & updates> Update console.
If there's no update available, you're up to date.

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't done so already, I'd like for you to attempt a

factory reset on your console by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console.

Make sure you select the option which allows you to keep your games and apps so you won't have to download them again. Hope this helps!

I'm having this problem and it's still not working. it shows loading screen when I click on add account and them it exists out
