Xbox one will not launch Games

Discus and support Xbox one will not launch Games in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've had my xbox for a while and just recently it started messing up, i couldn't play games installed on my hard drive and some games uninstalled...     Xbox one will not launch Games


    I've had my xbox for a while and just recently it started messing up, i couldn't play games installed on my hard drive and some games uninstalled themselves, i factory reset it and all the games worked for a bit but it went back to none of them launching

    Edit: Console also crashes sometimes and controllers unsync
