Xbox one will not initiate. The connections seem to be in the right place but it is not communications with the tv.

When I try to search the microsoft store on xbox, i get an error: 0x80131505

I can not initiate a search for game add ons or anything else on my xbox one in the microsoft store

Try doing a hard reset on the console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until it powers down completely. Then unplug the power cable from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug it back in and power it up and test to see if the

You should have the choice to skip those options until you have been brought to the dashboard for the first time.

After doing so, you will need to go to "Xbox go to Settings">Networking>Advance Settings and choose Manual

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Turn off everything that may be feeding off of your wifi and try it again. That should help.

Can you do a reboot press your console button for 8 seconds then power up and try again.
