    Xbox one will not go online, how to fix it


    Hi i have been trying to get on xbox live since last night with my xbox one and everytime i try it tells me : We could not sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, ir check your account.live.com etc. My internet has 5 bars and when i go on the xbox 360 it
    works so how can i fix it so itll go online again on my Xbox one? It was working fine a few days ago

    i got an xbox to go online with my mates but when i try going online this comes up status code: 3f4b-0000-0080-0300-8007-000f any one no how to fix it ?

    hi, you need to do a cold restart.

    hold the power button for 5 seconds. then unplug the console from the mains power for 30 seconds. then plug it back in and power on
